What Does a Master of Ceremonies Do?

A Master of Ceremonies is much more than just a speaker with a microphone! My role is to guide your guests through the day, making sure everyone knows what’s happening and when. I bring energy, warmth, and professionalism while keeping your celebration on track, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy every moment.

I’ll be your warm, engaging host, ensuring everything flows smoothly from the start of your celebration to the final toast.

How It Works, My Role as Your MC

Before the Big Day – Preparation & Planning

We’ll have a relaxed chat to discuss your wedding schedule, key moments, and any personal touches you’d like
I am on hand to liaise with your venue, photographer, DJ, and other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Announcements, Introductions & Speeches – I am there to ensure all those key moments happen with out any stress
Run-through & Timing Plan – Together, we’ll finalise the timings of key moments, from the grand entrance to the first dance.

On the Wedding Day – Bringing Everything Together

Welcoming Your Guests, I am there to help set the tone with warmth & excitement as everyone arrives.
From a wonderful welcome before the start of the ceremony to introducing the happy couple for the "confetti shot" to guiding the wedding party and guests through speeches and on toe the cake cutting.
Keeping Everything on Track – Ensuring smooth transitions between events while keeping the energy and flow just right.
Engaging & Entertaining – Bringing fun, professionalism, and personality to your celebration, making sure your guests feel involved and relaxed.
Handling the Unexpected – If something needs adjusting, I’ll take care of it discreetly so you can stay in the moment.
